Let’s grab some cookies and milk and talk about reading books to your children at home. In case you didn’t know, other than baking and creating recipes, I am also an early childhood teacher! Even though I took a break these past two years from teaching, the classroom is always in my heart. I enjoy reading meaningful books to my students and teaching them about history, cultures, social justice, equity and equality. Here are some recommendations to celebrate Women’s History Month. These are some of my favorite inspiring biographies of women that I admire. I will be sharing more about reading and children activities more often.
