Easy Homemade Pizza Dough (No Knead, No Rise)

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup warm water ,  warm to touch not hot (about 105°F – 110°F)
  • 4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • In a  glass measuring cup or a small non-reactive bowl, add very warm water, yeast, and sugar. Whisk and let it sit until a yeast froth forms on top (about 5-8 minutes).
  • In a large bowl add the yeast mixture, flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix everything using a rubber spatula folding gently until it combines.
  • Add more flour if needed. Starting with 1 tbsp. at a time if the dough is very sticky and not pulling naturally away from the sides of the bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it sit for 10-20 minutes. If you have time let it sit for 1 hour.
  • Split into equal halves or your desired size depending on what you are making.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 while you set your pizza with your choice of sauce, chesses and toppings.
  • If making 2 pizzas the baking time should be around 18 minutes each pizza depending on your oven. For breadsticks and mini pizzas baking time may vary.
