This Crispy Baked Tofu was marinated using Trader’s Joe Everything but the Bagel seasoning. This recipe is very simple to make. You only need a few ingredients, is healthy and so delicious. I love making tofu because it’s so versatile and filling.

Despite its reputation, tofu is rich in plant protein, contains essential amino acids, a great source of iron, calcium, and the minerals manganese and phosphorous. In addition to this, it also contains magnesium, copper, zinc, and vitamin B1. I always make sure to buy high-quality, organic, and non-GMO tofu.

This Tropical Smoothie Recipe is a blend of pineapple, bananas, and a mix of mango, peach, and strawberries. The perfect breakfast or snack filled with nutrients and flavors.

When I buy a pineapple I use the whole fruit. The pulp for smoothies and rice, the peel to serve my food, and the juice for the smoothie. In this case, I used the inside for the smoothie and the outside as a bowl.

Dutch Babies Sugar-Free with Lemon Curd

These oven pancakes are also known as Dutch Babies, German Pancakes a Bismarck or a Dutch Puff. They require everyday ingredients and are ready in just 25 minutes. They are great for breakfast, brunch or even dessert.

Berries and Lemon Curd are the best combination.

The best way to eat them is with berries, jam, maple syrup, and whipped cream. I made a vegan lemon curd to go with it and it was so delicious. For the lemon curd, I used turmeric for color purpose but you can totally skip it or use food coloring. My version requires 3 eggs but you can totally replace the eggs using 1 tablespoon of vinegar along with 1 teaspoon of baking soda for each egg.
